Peppered bison jerky is an original cowboy flavor that has a nice mild heat.   It starts off subtle and ends with a kick of heat from the cracked pepper.

The bison are 100% grass fed and free to roam large pastures.  All bison are humanely raised without hormones, steroids, or antibiotics.

The jerky is made in a USDA certified commercial processing facility.

Each package is 2 ounces and vacuum sealed for freshness.
